Description
When Stormy Knight rode into Carnival on the morning James Sanford, newspaper publisher and editor, was found dead in his printing office, he rode straight into trouble. His assertion that Sanford’s death was not a suicide, but murder, made him some relentless enemies. But these same suspicions about the murder made him some staunch friends too. Kate Sanford, the dead man’s daughter, became such a special friend that Stormy found himself agreeing to take over the paper. With the help of Kate and Quad Wrangle, a wandering printer, he quickly became a fighting editor with a double weapon.
