Professional reviews
"An edge of your seat crime thriller; the first in a brand-new series featuring DCI Jim Carruthers. “A police procedural that delights the reader with a strong sense of place. Tartan Noir at its best.” SARAH WARD, author of In Bitter Chill. Inspired to write her crime debut after attending an Ian Fleming exhibition, Tana Collins woke in the middle of the night with a title and an opening scene… closely followed by the setting and a lead detective. This is the thrilling result."
