Description
Following Nelson's death two years earlier, England is in need of heroes and Kydd is the talk of London. Feted by the king, Kydd is soon on detachment into the Dardanelles, connecting the Mediterranean Sea to the Black Sea; providing a route to India. The French covet this route and when they whip up strong anti-English sentiment, the British ambassador to Constantinople has to flee - a deadly stand-off ensues…
