Description
A rap star is murdered, seemingly the victim of a gang attack. Prosecutor Butch Karp investigates and is led into the shady realm of New York City politics. Further complicating the matter, Andrew Kane, a man who would be mayor, appears to be controlling the city's elite like pawns.
