Our Showroom Events are always a popular workshop day with library authorities.
They offer an opportunity to share and receive advice and best practice on:
- Promoting your digital and physical collections
- Increasing your digital service usage stats
- Attracting new members and retaining existing ones
Teas and coffees will be served on arrival and a lunch is provided as part of this free Training Event.

L J Ross will be attending the London Showroom event.
LJ Ross is an international bestselling author, best known for creating atmospheric mystery and thriller novels, including the DCI Ryan series of Northumbrian murder mysteries which have sold over four million copies worldwide. In addition to her DCI Ryan series, Louise has created a new series of thriller novels based around the central character of ‘Dr Alexander Gregory’, whose work as a psychological profiler takes him around the world.
Sally Gardner will be attending the London Showroom event.
Sally is an award-winning novelist and illustrator who has sold over 2 million books in the UK and her work has been translated in to more than 22 languages. She has written many books that are part of the popular Wings & Co Fairy Detective Agency Series for 7-11 year olds – hailed as ‘Agatha Christie for kids’ – and is currently working on the latest Mr Tiger book!
We have two authors attending the London Showroom Event on Wednesday. - MRC Kasasian and JS Monroe.
M.R.C. Kasasian is the author of the much loved Gower Street Detective series, five books. Martin has launched a new series based on the memoirs of Inspector Betty Church, set in the almost-forgotten East Anglian resort of Sackwater during the Second World War. J.S.Monroe is the pseudonym of the British author Jon Stock. Jon is the author of six spy novels and three standalone psychological thrillers, Find Me, Forget My Name and The Other You.
There is limited availability for these events, and library authorities are restricted to a maximum of two members of staff on each day.
