Our Digital Services Training Events are always a popular workshop day with library authorities.
They offer an opportunity to share and receive advice and best practice on:
- Promoting your digital and physical collections
- Increasing your digital service usage stats
- Attracting new members and retaining existing ones
Teas and coffees will be served on arrival and a lunch is provided as part of this free Training Event.
A full agenda for the day will be made available in the coming weeks.
Guest speakers

We are very pleased to announce that
Rosie Goodwin will be attending the Birmingham Showroom event.
Rosie Goodwin is extremely popular in libraries. She is the author of over twenty bestselling (largely saga) novels, including
A Mother's Grace and
The Blessed Child. She is the first author in the world to be allowed to follow three of Catherine Cookson's trilogies with her own sequels.
Having worked in the social services sector for many years, then fostered a number of children, she is now a full-time novelist. Rosie lives in Nuneaton, the setting for many of her books, with her husband and their beloved dogs.

There is limited availability for these events, and library authorities are restricted to a maximum of two members of staff on each day.
