COVID-19 Update

Many thanks for your patience during the current Covid-19 pandemic. Over the last month we have gradually come out of lockdown and production has restarted along despatch of physical audio and Large Print to libraries. If you haven’t already you  will be contacted by your Sales Representative to check delivery windows, however, feel free to let us know through Customer Service if you have recently started receiving goods again – [email protected]
 
As we continue to work through the backlog of physical standing order plans, you will start to receive your goods over the coming month. BDS have also confirmed they have restarted their MARC records service, meaning these will also be returning to their standard format.
